YMCA. We have reserved the indoor water park the kids to use during the
meeting, please plan for at least one adult to stay with the kids during the
meeting.

Friday Night Coaches/Officials meeting:
I have reserved the indoor water park at the YMCA in Owasso from 7-9pm
Friday night. The main purpose of this gathering is to get all officials,
coaches and teams registered and confirmed to make sure we start out smooth
Saturday morning. I need at least one representative from each church to
attend the meeting. We have also reserved for all quizzers to enjoy the indoor
water park there during this same time. Although there will be life guards on
hand I need each church to plan to have at least one adult stay with the kids
during the meeting. I do need each team to send me
the head count for all who are coming by next Sunday (Feb 19th)
separate totals by attending the water park and attending meeting.
Master Seal Recipients:
We would like to honor all those quizzers and adults who have successfully
completed the Master Seal Award this year. Please submit all who have
completed before Sunday February 19th.
Lunch:
Claremore will be offering lunch and we encourage all to stay on site for
it. It will include Spaghetti,
green beans, garlic bread, dessert, drink for $5.00. We need everyone to
preorder lunch online before Sunday February 19th on line at
http://jbq.org/registration/lunch/
. If you make other arrangements please let me know that as well so I we dont
miss anyone.
Concessions:
The concession stand will be located in the Family Life Center. We ask that all
food be consumed in the FLC and that only water be taken into the church
building. Items available in the concession stand will include: candy,
crackers, chips, sodas, water, coffee, milk and donuts on Saturday morning.
Pictures:
Pictures will be taken of each team before we start and between rounds, please
make sure to make time to get your picture taken, the photos will be used as
part of the awards ceremony. You do not have to purchase pictures but every
team must get their picture taken. If you want to purchase pictures the cost is
below:
