There were sixty-one teams at Nationals in Naperville, Illinois on June 11-12. The other team that went from Indiana was Lafayette Eastside Assembly of God who came in 14th. The four teams that went to Regionals in Bowling Green, Ohio placed as follows:

6th	Lafayette First Assembly (Red)
12th	Lafayette Eastside
14th	Lafayette First Assembly (Gold)
16th	Fort Wayne First Assembly

As you can see Indiana did quite well and we are proud of all the teams we had in the State. For the teams that did not go to State, Regionals, or Nationals, you are still winners when you hide God's Word in your heart.

One of my goals for this program is that Indiana be a top program in the Nation, but not just turning out quizers but turning out kids who become men and women of God serving Him all their lives. It is not just how fast they are at quizzing, but that they have the example of a Godly coach and others who work with the program. Let's keep working on setting that example of a Christ-like character in our lives. Let's never forget the program is for the kids and needs to be fun for them so they will want to learn God's Word.

As you may have contact with other churches, share with them what JBQ does for your family and church so they will want to be involved with a program that is turning out kids living for God and knowing His Word.
